Shadow Tag Primal Groudon fits best on offense teams due to its ability to eliminate key threats and incapacitate others with Choice Scarf + Trick. It appreciates teammates that match up well against Mega Gyarados such as Mega Mewtwo X and Pixilate Mega Diancie so that it does not have to fear its powerful Water Shuriken + Pursuit combo.
