Analysis
Emolga attemps to make some progress by removing items from opposing walls and generating momentum with U-turn. This set is highly inconsistent because Emolga is both too slow and too weak to force anything out, unless it's been very chipped, and it is too frail to switch into most threats in the tier. Alolan Persian and Rapidash are much more consistent as offensive utility options due to their superior stats, while Palossand, Rhydon, and Stunfisk are better Electric immunities. Will-O-Wisp Rotom is better as a Ground-immune, Electric-type offensive utility option, while Alolan Persian is a more effective fast pivot with access to Knock Off and a better Speed tier. These two also aren't crippled much by entry hazards, unlike Emolga, whose strongest STAB move in Acrobatic is anti-synergistic with Heavy-Duty Boots.
