Analysis
Sucker Punch helps Bombirdier finish off faster foes such as Munkidori, Kilowattrel, and Cinccino. Brave Bird targets Fighting-types like Heracross and Flamigo while hitting Fairy-types like Sylveon. Alternatively, Bombirdier can opt for U-turn to aid its team in generating momentum and lessen the need to predict. Roost allows Bombirdier to stay healthy throughout the course of the game to remove items and check setup sweepers like Dragon Dance Flygon and Shell Smash Drednaw. However, if Bombirdier's team lacks entry hazards, it can forgo Roost for Stealth Rock to rack up chip damage on the opposing team. Bombirdier's Tera Dark-bootsed Knock Off OHKOs bulky Chandelure and Calm Mind Galarian Articuno while its Tera Dark-boosted Sucker Punch OHKOs Munkidori and makes it easier to finish off other threats like Flygon and Cinccino. However, Tera Electric shields Bombirdier from being paralyzed by Glare Dudunsparce, Static Bellibolt, and Thunder Wave Duraludon, and it gives Bombirdier an out against Electric-types like Kilowattrel and Bellibolt. Tera Steel is a more defensive Tera type, offering resistances to attacks such as Sylveon's Hyper Voice, Duraludon's Draco Meteor, and Munkidori's Sludge Wave.
